Ms. Martinez arrived at Los Arcos del Norte after a hospitalization. Upon admission, she required staff assistance for daily living activities and walking. Ms. Martinez engaged in her rehabilitation journey, working closely with the facility dedicated physicians, nursing, and therapy teams on a customized treatment plan.

We are excited to share that her hard work paid off. She is now walking over 150 feet with a walker, performing transfers without assistance, and is completing all activities of daily living. Ms. Martinez is preparing to return home, due to the remarkable care delivered by the team at Los Arcos del Norte.
